Like most of the YDI team, many of you are spending your days at home, only venturing out into the world for essential needs. If you aren’t proactive about staying busy, it might make you a little crazy. Here are 5 ways to help you beat the boredom of Quarantine,

Do a Puzzle!

There is a good you haven’t sat down with a jigsaw puzzle since you were a kid, now’s the time to bring a little nostalgia into your life! Sit down with your family and tackle a puzzle. While you should probably avoid going to any large retailer, Amazon has tons of puzzle options for a reasonable price. A 1,000 piece puzzle will probably last you for quite some time.

Bake!

With how hectic our schedules are these days (well, not lately) it can be hard to find time to bake. Chances are you have thought about it, and now is the perfect time to do it! Delish has tons of fun recipes you and your kids will have blast doing!

Exercise!

This could be as simple as going for a walk around the block or doing a workout in your living room. There is an overwhelming amount of free videos on YouTube. You are almost guaranteed to find something to motivate you! Remember, workouts don’t have to be super long. Even just 10 minutes can have great benefits on your physical and mental health.

Start a Garden!

If you’ve always wanted to grow your own veg, now’s the time! Starting a garden can be an inexpensive way to pass the time. The next time you’re at the store grab some seeds and soil and you’re good to go! If you don’t have a yard, you can either purchase small pots or use leftover jars. Amazon has some amazing beginner gardening kits if you want to go all in.
